This is the fourth pair of UGG boots I purchased from onlineshoes.com since last year. This one that I just bought this year seem more stiff than the three pairs I bought last winter.

I just wanted to thank you again for being so nice to my daughter-in-law, Samantha. My grandson received his shoes and cap that were too small and was in tears. You sent him the right sizes so he would have them to start school before the return shipping labels even got there (she is still waiting). It¡¯s this kind of understanding and willingness to help that has made me a life long customer. You are the most customer-oriented company that I have ever done business with. The word spreads. I love the huge brand name collection and the availability of products. it is now the only website that I use to purchase online, and the free next week delivery incentive is a wonderful idea. However, I believe it would be a perfect PERMANENT way to say "Thank you" to all your customers!

The shoes got here so quick. Your service is excellent. My daughter loves her cool new shoes. I had to return a different pair that didn't fit before we found these shoes and I can't believe how easy your company is to deal with. We will definitely order from your company again. Thanks!
