Wow - what wonderful customer service! Please send this one, whomoever want to see. I also work in customer service, and know how to try. Really glad to know that there are companies there how important it is to achieve good service is the same product more than is good. I just remember someone saying that I need to buy, so I guess in the rush of things, I put my own zip code, price requirements in the forgotten right before my next order.
