Generally good with reasonable stock levels reasonable accuracy of orders sometimes poor communication when an item is no longer stocked

I have the tall classic sand and I've actually had them for going on 3 years this Christmas and they aren't dirty or anything. I'm so happy when it becomes cold outside because I know it's time to break my uggs out! I've never loved a pair of shoes more than my uggs!"
